I am having piles problem for few years now.At this moment it has become very painful and bbloody. I think it is a stage 4 piles.Need opinion

I have been suffering from symptoms which have been waxing and waning: discomfort abdominal, bloating - which is predominant, intestinal gas, bad skin eruptions and flakiness, belching feeling tired. None of the regular medications have worked. I had been all along thinking it was a gut imbalance. but feel it maybe a liver issue? How do the symptoms vary between gut and liver as they are so similar? Have been trying medication - both homeo and allo, hasn;t helped much - wonder if the diagnosis is right. I have had an incidence 3 years ago where I wason more than a 1 month of antibiotics and feel this has started since then. The problems have persisted in various forms since then.

My father is going through a long term health issue for at least 15 years and the problem is bowels not getting cleared through out the day with gas and indigestion and mild sleeplessness with amebic stool. Recently these all are accompanied with mild loss of memory.. he also complaints about heartburn.. when pressed at the lower belly it hurts.. he has gone through several medical attentions and prescribed with high dose of antacids and laxatives and antibiotics but after the course is over the problem remains the same... how to fix this permanently??? Sir I think that I suffered from lactose intolerant whenever I drink milk my stomach get upset I feel bloated , gas and some uncomfortable feelings. If I cut the use of milk then what will be another alternative for calcium requirement for my body please suggest me
