I have taken overdose of calpal of 10 tablet i have omitted some but does need medical help i feel tired

Please doctor help me my digestive system is weak,I eat food but there is no result on my body and I getting weak and lean day by day

My friend suffering from gerd which found in endoscopy n small multiple ulcers in large intestine in colonoscopy n his symptoms leads to feeling heaviness most of time in side n back of stomach taking vit d3 60000 iu n b12 injection ones a week since 6 week. Bt still have feeling heaviness and gastric n burped problems. My question 1 heaviness is due to gas or due to multiple ulcer in large intestine?? 2 not clear toilet always like semi solid or liquid motion n passing lots of gas is due to gastric?? 3 ulcerative colitis n ulcer are same thing ?? 4 he dont have any bed habits like smoking n drinking at all. So why problems is continued since 1.5 years long?? He not feel any kind of bloating or acidity issue not related problems associated wid appetite he is only feel heaviness in right lower side abdomen n gas is traveling inside the stomach wid sound no pain at all never feel all usg abdomen n blood test normal exp vit d3 40

From last 6-7 days I am feeling pain in passing stool. When I eat spicy situation become bad.kindly advice

Hi doc, My wife has multiple stone in her gall bladder max size of stone is 11.1. Doctor advised us to go for surgery now what to do? Is there any other techniques to stone extraction from gall bladder?

Sir my father has external hammroid since last 3 yrs but he didn't take any care now its became severe if there is any home remedy or we have to attend for surgical treatment ? If he went to surgery how it effects his whole life? How to take care him what is procedure? What are issues to be taken care by him further in future .please provide me solution Thanks Monica

From last 6-7 days I am feeling pain while passing stool.and also when I am eating spicy it feel more pain.

Im experience pain below my rib area inside stomach. The part below the ribs on both sides( flesh between rib and abdomen)gets numb/cramp and im experience pain of something getting twisted inside. When i lay flat the pain immediately reduces to zero. Im not able to sit even for 5 minutes and couldn't sleep on any of the sides as the part below the rib immediately becomes numb.i able to sleep only on back resting on the bed. Kindly help me. My endoscopy result is fine and im already using pantop since 3 months but showing no improvement.
