Acidity and breathing
Hi doctor , i am a software engineer with 173cm height and 71 kg weight. I have the problem of acidity while taking some foods . I usually sleep late and wake up late . If I am taking some foods like tapioca , dal , channa etc, I will get gas and breathing problem with a wheezing sound (if gas is released , wheezing will go) . Also sometimes feel some sounds from stomach if bloated . Some times I used to have panteprazole . Is this actually a disease which need to be investigated ? Or do I need to change my routine ? My actual concern is whether it is curable . Actually is there any way to remove it completely as some times I won't be able to sleep due to gas .also my marriage is fixed , I am really worried of this acidity issue .

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Hello....... This is manageable and you have to change your lifestyle, not only you many are suffering from gastritis in these days... You shouldn't take spicy foods.. Sleep atleast for 7 to 8 hours.. Don't have outside food items... Doing everything bad usual and taking medicine won't help... Consult general physician.
