What is the best way to relieve pain from excess stomach acid? I have taken 3 Tums, 2 Ranitidine tablets, and some Pepto Bismol and I am still in pain. It hurts so much that it prevents me from getting any other activities done. I am just laying in bed and it is taking hours for the pain to go away. My old doctor a few years ago told me that I have GERD, but the pain is always in my stomach and radiates to my back. I never experience reflux.

From last three days I m having gas build up in stomach n lose motions. Today motions were less frequent as I was on a semi solid diet n juices but the problem is still persisting. Kindly suggest a solution

I have stomach ache,gas,acid reflection and something is not felling good in stomach or lower left side of chest and motion problem always comes in a weak.

I am suffering from gastritis from last 7 months. Gas bumping starting from my stomach reaches to my mouth frequently. Once it happens my head start trembling, face turns to black. Endoscopy reports normal.  Need guidance.

Doctor has prescribed medication for gastritis (excessive belching), stating possiblity of Gastroesophageal reflux. The medication also involves an antacid which might be counterproductive in case of Hypochlorhydria. Current symptoms point more towards hypochlorhydria than GERD. What is to be done in this case ?
