Stomach Problems & Remedies

Actually last night I had chicken roll from rolls King.. And after I have been to washroom for about 5 times... Feel dizzyness and stomachache, feels like to vomit and strong headache.. Is it food poisoning?? If yes tell me some home remedies please!

Rigorous cough during food time and then vomits. It's been there from long time and had never noticed it as a disease since it used to happen very occasionally but at the moment frequency is too high and unavoidable.

For the past three weeks feel kind of swollen from inside and is bloated, even if I want to press it I can feel the pain inside. I haven't taken any medication yet
