You must understand the issue of hepatitis B. It is a chronic viral infection which can cause liver problem, though not mandatory. There are very good medicines to control the infection and make viral load negative and hence the chance of liver disease. It is possible to make HBsAg negative but the possibility is so less with treatment that is considered impractical with current medications.
