I'm suffering from stomach pain for 12 days,,,,,at the above navel I feel pain,,,,, Before 12 days I went for exercise ,running,,,,at coming time i did feel pain,, Please help me sir,,,,,,I'm student sir,,,,I can't able to study sir,,,,

I have stomach ache,burning sensation, trapped burps sometimes along with nausea after eating chicken or any other heavy and spicy food , from last 2 weeks i have taken medicines like mucaine gel, clitrin RT ,cyra 40 and m geting constipation but i dont think its helping me out .What should i do?

I am suffering from ulcerative colitis. My treatment was started on December-2014  and effect of the issue was decreased within 1 Year but from Jan 2017 my issue increased. I need to know which treatment is best to control this problem? Should I continue with allopathic treatment or go with homeopathic or ayurvedic treatment? I work in IT company and do night shifts for two weeks in a month. Will this make effects on my issue?

Mother aged 54 suffering from motions from last 20 days, this was stared while doing diet for cataract operation.
