Stomach Problems & Remedies

Im having constipation problem since many years tried every remedies and medicines but the effect remains till medicines after that problem starts again..i want to ask is there any therapy or treatement that can cure and make digestion and stomach strong. Too much heat in the body, frequently mouth ulcers, gas sometimes fissure all these prblems causing me trouble. please give advice or suggest something. Diet and timing also eating lots fibers have been tried still no change.please help

My wife getting instant vomiting after eating any thing from 3 days. whatever she ate, withing max 5 minutes everything will be out of her body.

I was diagnosed with Hepatitis A virus in the month of September 2016 where Hep B and E are negative.  it has been 6 months now yet my total bilirubin levels are getting stagnant at 3.5 and still my urine is yellowish. why is it so?  how long does hepatitis A last? I take liquors atleast once in 45 days and I smoke.

I've been having vomitings from 4 to 5 evrytime i eat or drink something even water.I always feel like vomiting.i am feeling very much weakness . I am facing this problem from 2 months after some gaps.I am vomiting a lot and i dont feel like to eat anything.

I m 18 years old boy. From last 2 months m having problem in eating and many time food try to comes up to my throat..and my diet was becoming down...now I affraid of food dont know why its happening.and from last 3,4 days my stomach sounds too much and mouth also smelling and I notice that I'm not burping after eating something? I am having right abdomen ache since last 5 days. No relief from medicines also. My ultrasound says that Gall Bladder is over distended and shows 6.8mm size calculus at GB neck. GB walls appear thickened(5.6mm). GB is filled with sludge. Impression - Acute Cholecystitis with Cholelithiasis. Please advice me that I need a surgery or it can be cured by medical treatment also?

I am having bad pains in my stomach, where my gallbladder is located. I eat a lot of the foods that can cause it to go bad and when I eat it hurts worse. Eating in general hurts me super bad but spicy or other types of food make it hurt way worse. My mother had her gallbladder removed. And I had my appendix removed.

I feel nauseous after eating. I dont vomit but everytime I drink water, i feel nauseous. I am a 30 year old male
