Stomach Problems & Remedies

5 years back i was diagnosed having liver abscess, now i have dark black stools sometime, not frequent. Their is no pain, but urge of bowel movement disturbs and have constipation as well, their is no fever.

I have always had irregular bowel movements & oflate the stools are hard. For the past 10 days, there is an irritation in the anus when passing stools, sometimes painful. Last night again the stools were hard and passing them, there was burning sensation and dull pain which lasted the whole night. I feel as if there is some wound inside the anus though I cant feel it by touching. I have been eating only fruits for dinner for the past week and plan to continue always. today I ate fruits through the day hoping to have soft stools, in the evening I passed slightly softer stools with little discomfort. I am a bank employee so it involves lot of sitting through the day, mostly I dont exercise much. I'm 42 years old and weigh 60kg. I'm a vegetarian. Is my problem hard stools only or internal hemorrhoids ? Is there any cure for it through food and lifestyle changes ? Does this condition require surgery ? Please suggest remedies, thanks

I've been having small pains for quite some time now in my stomach area an chest area. My mom believes its heart burn. It usually felt worse after i eat, but now after i started taking medicine the small pains sit around for the majority of the day. It feels like a tight pain. Not preventing me from doing anything. I just want to know whats wrong because there's something unusual happening that never really happened to me before. Need answers.

I had an operation of internal hernia and gangrene in small bowl in 6 Jan 2016 .after 4 months again pain start on right side of abdomen . I started drinking alcohol on a daily basis when I shifted to Delhi. It's about 5 months gone and on 19 March 2017 I had a severe pain in my stomach. I consulted a physician and he prescribed me an injection saying that it was food poisoning. But I went through all the tests just a day after that from thyrocare. And I was right my SGOT is increased (44),serum globulin is 2 and albumin to globulin ratio is increased. Now I am really tensed for myself. Anything I am eating, after 10-15 minutes I feel like going poty.I am constantly losing weight too. What should I do. Please help me.

What I should do to cure a GERD problem? Is there any way to cure quickly. Doctor says I should take medicine for at least three months. medicine name : (Gaviscon, Pentakind flux). After facing difficulty I have stopped taking  large quantity of food to heal GERD.  If I eat too much of quantity, I feel as if food comes reverse in oesophagus. Is there any ways to avoid medicines?

My mother is taking Eptoin 300 mg daily.She is also taking Maxneuron and Livpid.Please suggest to prevent dehydration, she can take VIZYLAC Capsules if it doesn't effect her current medications or any side effect.
