Stomach Problems & Remedies

From last 1 month my stomach is facing issues. But from last 2 days stomach is very upset and is painning some times there is also back pain as well and tendency to vomit. I have tried all the natural  techniques like lassi, buttermilk etc, even some tablets which we usually take. Is it some kind of disease.

I'm having gas problems from a long period of time, i'm cleaned my diet alot and it doesn't include any junk food or fried items( i eat roasted chicken 200gm daily at 7:00 and 4 boiled eggs in the morning, apart from this i only eat home food like dal,veggies,dalia,salads etc). However i take cheat meal on sunday which include tandoori chicken or afghani chicken. I recently started ayurvedic medication but not getting any benefit from it too. I take probiotics like yakult ,darolac and fibogel still no benefit from it. Please help me in this regard

Belching too much and that is also causing vomiting even a louder talk or laughter is sometimes resulting in act of vomiting

Ok so yesterday I ate 4 chicken nuggets from Burger King. My friend are the other and she puked 1 time yesterday I haven't threw up. I'd it still possible for me to throw up it hasn't been a full 24 hours but my stomach is still hurting I took Pepto-bismol and nausea mess that the doctor gave me bc I was having stomach problems for. But I've never felt that sick to my stomach but I didn't throw up am I safe now or is there a chance I may still throw up

Pain right below sternum i.e., inner end of lungs. This pain is not like any burning. I feel more pain in the early morning when I woke up and if i eat anything then i didn't feel pain. But if I take deep breaths i feel it.

I am having Watery Stool and stomach pain from last 7or 8 days. Though i am taking regular Medicine prescribed by our family doctor but it seems to be incurbed. i am not having any other symptoms like fever, bleeding. Sir What should i do?.. When i eat something even water my stomch get filled by huge gas and creates pain in stomach and liquid stool is coming out
