Stomach Problems & Remedies

Periodically I get severe acidity with headache. I have to put my fingers in my mouth and stimulate vomiting and remove the acids. This has to be repeated several times a day. Normally this problems lasts for 10-12 hours despite taking medicines like Rablet D. I am diabetic which hovers around 150-180. Sometimes this problem occurs once a month however it has been occuring frequently Pl advise

Have been suffering from constant pain in my stomach for the past 4 days, im a chronic gas patient. i always keep on burping. even if i press my any body part i burp.
