I've been having diarrhea lately and Im not sick or anything! It normal then loose and then completely water

Feel like passing stool, but only mucus comes out. Even after passing stool, have a sensation that it's not complete. In the night many times would have to pass stool. Is painful while I pass stool or urinate some times. Urine some times in yellow color

Please advise which excercises can be done after c section delivery to reduce belly fat.as my weight is 60kg now and height 5'1" .i want to loose 10-12 kgs in 3 months and loose belly fat as it doent look good.

I was attacked by abdominal tuberculosis in the year 2012 which was cured by medicine later in 3-4 months.. now a days Im feeling uneasy in the same right abdomen from last few weeks .. im not having any kind of pain in the abdomen but im felling like some fluid is flowing in the right abdomen portion.. so what should i do now.. should i consult a doctor now or should go for ultra sound testing of abdomen and then i should consult with the results.
