Having etching type of feeling in anas took the deworming medicine with pentop for stomach. Feeling heavy in side stomach. Problem in excretion of waste

After delivery i got 2-3 lumps around stomach which are painfull.also below cesarean stitch smtimes i get pus drainage in stitch line 4-7 months ago which is normal now but get pain and unable to stretching excercise.need to loose weight from stomach area
