Constant stomach ache
Constant stomach ache since 2 days. The motion is normal and no vomiting. The stomach is swelled up like a balloon.plzz suggest some cure

You are having  indigestion.  Take  unienzyme tabs thrice daily after food for 3 days.  If there is no relief then consult a doctor
