Stomach Problems & Remedies

I underwnt laproscopic inguinal hernia surgery with mesh on 27 aug 2016. My hernia was in primary stage and i have been wrking fine since the surgery. I read a statemnt that after surgery the muscle strength reduces to 80%. Is it true? As i m a defence aspirant ..and will go fr its tough training in next 4-5 months.

Pain is coming on right side of stomach atleast 4-5 times a month and is very intense. Remaining days it's like something is there at the same place

I have some pain in left side of abdomen, gas not releasing properly n constpition, teeths are getting little sensetive & back pain is high, sometime after eating food it back to the mouth. Kindly suggest me.

Em 28,yr old.my stomach remain full whenever I take food.I feel it up to throat.I consulted d doctor n he prescribed d medicine for gas (BRAVIA DSR) to be consumed empty stomach n a syrup(EMTY) to be taken at bedtime.I finished my dosage.it was relief till I consumed d medicine BT d problem of indigestion n stomach full started to reoccur once I left it.also em not able to paas stool regularly once I stopped d prescribed medicine.thank I.jai hind

Two days ago, I suddenly (around 3am) awoke to bad cramps, and proceeded from there on, until yesterday with constant diarrhea (after everything i consumed: drink and food) feeling out of it, and hot with chills. At first, i thought it was food poisoning because today, there were no onset symptoms, nothing. Just about an hour ago, I began to feel a fullness and subtle pain in the middle of my stomach, a middle ground between wanting to poop and wanting to throw up, neither has happened, I just feel a tad confused, dizzy, and extremely nauseous. I'm unsure what this is, as I have noticed a loss of appetite, and days leading up to feeling sick, I had headaches consecutively on the right side of my head, by my temple. I dont know if this is a stomach bug, or my body still getting rid of a bad dinner. (I ate soup two days ago, that I thought caused this, but by this point, bad dinner should be gone by now)
