Sir i need to clean my bowel i got very bad constipation and acidity i eat everyday food but my bowel is not get cleaned everyday i go to toilet but nothing happens i am takin dulcolax 5 mg and other laxative syrup but still the same please help me i am suffering from 6 months i am getting belch and hickups continous i dont know what to do.

I've been experiencing constipation for a long period of times since from my school days I am 26. I believed that to be my metabolism. I was tired and feel exhausted without a reAson and it spoiled my studies.i had ulcers in my mouth that won't allow me to eat hot foods even for example sambar . The ulcers come and go. This was a regular thing and my parents say it was some vitamin deficiency . now I have pain in the upper stomach not regular but at times and sometimes severe, I had pale stools, very dark stools, now my stools are hard. It is continuing. I searched the net. I am conform that my symptoms match peptic ulcer and also suspect thyroid problems. I need advice on how to take it to the next level i.e consulting a gastro or endocrinologist?

I and my mother have a severe Gastric problems. We want to know that drinking cold water during summers is harmful or sud we stick to warm water only. Thankyou.

Since 2 months having a severe pain not able to eat , not able to take water suddenly getting a severe stomach pain, had some medicine but those are not beneficial Now a days it s more paining

I have them constantly it hurts. I have had them for years I usually take Inexium (french pills). I have a hiatus hernia.

Sir I am a patient of Gastro. on 2nd March I admitted to Hospital with problem of malena and bleed in Vomiting. During Hospitalization EVL done. I could not understand why such problem arose, how much body part affected. What is the final solution of this problem. I am not so rich to afford the expenses various times.

I had consumed omega 3  tablets 6 years back and since then my stomach is not keeping well. Stomach ache  in the lower abdomen, diarhhea, constipation , loud stomach growling sounds.. Tried many things..Think that I shud go for endoscopy and colonoscopy. What shud I do
