SGPT 90 & S.Amalayse 118
My ultrasound report is completely normal.Only my SGPT is high along with S.amalayse as mentioned.I have been prescribed two weeks medication.Normaxin and Sompraz D 40.Sometime I get pinning sensation in my right side of stomach.It has decreased in last 5 days of medication.What could be the reason for this?What precautions I need to take?Is there anything to worry? Please give me a detail advice.

Needs to rule out acute pancreatitis and gall stone.need detail history and blood investigations
