Stomach Problems & Remedies

Sir when i fart there is some vibration of veins below my Scotrum and a small buldge(lump) is created when i touch it it feels like some fluid is there, Sometime a wound is created near the buldge And fluid comes out. Sir is this a cancer? Or something serious?

Previously i suffered from stomach ulcer..but now its cured.but since three four months stomach gurgles constantly.feel full after eating and gas firmation after eating.i can feel the gas forming and growling in my stomach..the growling subsides after i eat a full meal.its worst when hungry.and stool is green and soft most of the time.since i suffered from ulcer i took for a year pantotab tablets in the morning but lately i suffered frim serious drowsiness.so i left taking that..

I suffering from left and right upper abdomen and back pain and semi solid stool taken amylase blood test and the blood count is 50

I had throat infection a week back and had medications, during the course of medication , i started to have stomach(upset) loose motions . I stopped the medications and had arrowroot powder to stop the stomach upset. After it has stopped from 3 days i am having stomach pain , I don't have gastric/acidity problems. The pains are on both the sides and when i walk , climb stairs or deep breath the both side of stomach hurts. What should i do?

I had a severe stomach pain and vomiting sensations. I have shown to our local famous doctor (MS FICS mumbai). As per his advise we have done a endoscopy which gave result that there is a ulcer on D1. He has given a course of medicine for 3 months. I am following that course but the pain and uneasiness is still persists. What can be further best course of action??
