Sir, Whenever I feel hot or I am in a hot place I feel ache in the left side of my belly.The same thing happens when I wear belt a bit tight.This ache starts from the lower left side of my belly then ihe ache spreads in the entire left side of my belly.In the time of ache I feel really weak.My whole body becomes weak.But after a certain time I have to poop.That poop is more liquified than normal.The symptoms I mention do not come all the times.In the normal condition I remain well.My stool remains normal.But only when there is a pressure on my belly or I am in a really hot weather for which my body has become hot only in those cases I feel the pain in the lower left portion of my belly.But then again if I come to a cool temperature then slowly my body gets normal. This problem is remaining for 6-7 months. Please tell me what kind of problem I am facing and what type of medicine I should take for how much time in this case .

I was suffering from constant gas diarrhoea and indigestion since 3 months.I went on to have my tests done at Asian institute of gastroenterology hyderabad and nothing came out to indicate anything except some little erosions in fundus due to gas.They prescribed me pantocid which i started taking but nothing improved.Later on i purchased some ibs treatment pack from grocare.com which helped me with my diarrhoea and gas problems a little.Now i have ordered Mastic gum as i think i have h pylori because all my symptoms are matching with patients having h pylori symptoms.I heard that it is necessary to take probiotic along with mastic gum for proper recovery.So i found acidophilus plus probiotic.Can you please tell me that being just 25 years in age,will this probiotic help me in eradication of h pylori along with mastic gum?

Sir when i fart there is some vibration of veins below my Scotrum and a small buldge(lump) is created when i touch it it feels like some fluid is there, Sometime a wound is created near the buldge And fluid comes out. Sir is this a cancer? Or something serious?
