Passing stools
I have been shoving my finger into my anus while passing stools. I've been doing it for a couple of years together now. When I really am under pressure, I'm able to pass stools without using a finger but over time it has grown into a habit. My great grandmother also did this. I don't experience any kind of pain or bleeding but there is some extra lump of skin probably from the inside that's now on the outside yet no pain as such. However I feel like the anus has become comparatively narrower and I have to put a lot of pressure when I try to avoid using my finger. Please help me. Is this fatal or harmful? How can I stop this?
