Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had done my last ultrsone ..result in having 3.5mm stone in gall bladder but i didnot getting any pain. Please suggest what i have to do

Last 10 days I am suffering from digestion, when I had took heavy meal then my belly was swollen around 7 to 8 hours, in that period I am not interested to take any meal,. this is not happened regular basis, it happened when I took heavy meal or rich meal. Also note my bathroom is not clear when I am suffering. Now I am took zandu pancharishta as per TV advertisement for this problem, but I am not feel comfortable on it. Please suggest what I should do? why this is happened?

Reccurent stomach ache, had endoscopy, erosions in d1, defuse mucosal erythema more in fundus, nodularity in anthrum. had biopsy which showsS/O H. Pyloric gastritis. also found B12 deficiency in test. Please suggest
