Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had gone through appendix removal 5 yea rs back but still have abdomen pain. Hospitalized thrice and all reports(ultra sound, city scan etc but no problem showed) . I am not sure what to do ? Is it normal stomach pain or other not sure. Please let me know what to do as I always need to take injection of pain killer(not tablets) to get relief from the pain. Pain is so high that I faint .

Feel like passing stool, but only mucus comes out. Even after passing stool, have a sensation that it's not complete. In the night many times would have to pass stool. Is painful while I pass stool or urinate some times. Urine some times in yellow color
