Gel like motion
Since 4 months as soon as i hav outside food spicy things n specially chinese d next dy i get continuous colourless gel lik motion n den little thick gel white colour n finally blood gel motion i tried normal physician wen i tak d medicine its okkkk as soon as i stop it starts again n whole day i keep on visitg toilet fr motion n stomach pains while givg pressure n i end up wid back pain bcoz of constant pressure n den i feel burning n pain at d place of motion nt able to sit tooo whole body starts getting heated up specially my motion place n urine place i feel immense heat really worried i feel weak after dis

Hi.... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
