Heartburn and acid regurigation
I am suffering from heartburn from last 2 years and have more than thrice in week. i also consulted a doctor he advised me to go through Endoscopy and Sonography. So, after analysing he told me that i am sufferinf from gall bladder cholestrolsis and hyper acidity pand the count of H. pylori bacteria is high. Recently i had gone through a blood test to check my Vitamin B12 . and the results is 20 count of vitaminB12. After that i had taken 10 injection of vitamin b12. Now again i am suffering from severe heartburn and acid regurigation i dont have any kind of chest pain or any other symptoms i simply get too hot burp which results pain in throat and weird sensation in chest and throat. Kindly help me out i am too worried because i read an article where its written too much of heartburn causes food pipe cancer. and i am 24 Male scared of the letter "C" . Thank you i will be highly obliged if you will sort out the problem

Hi...... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.
