Lower back pain for more than 5 years,cannot balance properly,tingling ,sometime mild headache,stomach bloating

Some time feel gas and lettle pain or kharis in chest please advise for test or other .problem facing from approx 20 days .

My daughter has a stomach ache since morning. She had dosa in the morning and has constipation problem for a while now

From last 3 years my father is diagnosed with COPD, (due to stone in his Pitt ki thaili [i don't know english mane for that] was removed in year 1985, so he smoke hukka after lunch and before sleeping to digest his food), but his stomach is not at all comfortable all these 3 years, as he face problem during fresh in morning and it generally settles after potty at around 3 PM generally, till 3 PM he face a lot of problem during walk and some headache also there. he tries some medicine for stomach but all are temporary solutions, some ayurvedic treatment also tried but result is same. to whom we should consult regarding it (his treatment is undergoing at Patel Chest Institute for COPD and he feels OK for the treatment-he is using Budamate Inhaler Twice a day regularly)

I am 80 yr old mail. For many many years I have problem of frequent and loose motions. Now a days it got worse. I am taking Darolac ibs and Ribs tablet once. Also when problem worsens first I try diarsac tablet then if it does not help me I take either Norflox TZ twice or Metrogyl Compound twice. And sometime I do take rifagut twice too in extreme situations. Kindly suggest Is this medication ok. I have enlarged prostate and I am diabetic too. And diarasac /norflox tz/metrogyl/rifagut taking fine. what should be the dose?Shud I take Darolac ibs and Ribs tablet once on regular basis.

My son(3 Yr 9m) has a small lump visible only when he cough or strains his stomach.when consulted with pediatric surgeons they are told us to get surgery but in scan report it is not shown. Is the surgery really needed. It does not give him any prob till now. Is there any possibility to close on its own .please en light me. I cant sleep or feel good. It could be a great help for me

I ate cooked fish few days back and at night I had diarrhea. I took an antibiotic called azithromycin 500 mg with rifaximin 600 mg. Next morning I was alright and I continued the medication (azithromycin 500 mg+rifaximin 600 mg) two times a day and at night I had diarrhea again. Next morning there was mucus with loose stools. So I stopped rifaximin 600 mg and took tinidazole 500 mg along with azithromycin 500 mg (2 times daily). I felt better and continued for 5 days and I stopped azithromycin 500 mg and continued tinidazole 500 mg for another 3 days (to complete 7 day course). But after stopping azithromycin 500 mg, I started to feel sick again and on 6th day I had diarrhea with chills. So I took azithromycin 1g along with tinidazole 500 mg on 6th day and I felt better. Then on 7th day I reduced the dose and took azithromycin 500 mg along with tinidazole 500 mg and I had diarrhea again. I was confused, so I stopped azithromycin and continued tinidazole 500 mg but felt worst with bowel

I have pain in my stomach . I got a sonography test n found infection in the uterus. I have been taken medicines for 2 weeks but there is no relief. What to do

Two years back I was affected by jaundice and I consulted one doctor and he told me that I was affected by Gilbert syndrome. And right now my bilirubin count is less than 1. So my doubt is that can I donate my blood? Is this disease will transfer to my future generations ?
