  4. Loose motions. Are not cured. plz help?

Suffering from loose motions since 4 o clock in morning, need help stool type is watery have taken ciflox tz in the mrg around 4 and after that had taken entronil around 10 am , frequency has reduced but still the loose motion are not cured. Plz help
