Stools not happening satisfactorily daily. Digestion not perfect. Mouth odour Urine yellowish Urine odour severe

I'm having a problem of frequent burping/belching from last 5 months. This has become so critical that some times i used to have 30~40 burps in a minute. Its something which shouldn't be accepted now as earlier. Recently i had consulted twice with a same doctor. But Doctor is saying its nothing worry about do regular exercise to keep your digestion fit & Prescribed me a some medicine of Diclofenac-Sodium 100mg. Pls help & suggest.

I'hv been having too much gastric problem, daily heaviness in my chest so I drink lot of water and vomit it...all day I feel heavy and belching . I also have joindic and anxiety .

Feeling full in upper stomach after eating little food or drink one glass of water, and feel empty at lower stomach. Sometime pain in stomach. Need to visit Washroom after 3 to 4 hrs of food consume. Sometime feel pressure for bowel movement

I have been suffering from constipation for 10 years. We have took many type of medicine relief from constipation, like ayurvedic , homeopathic, unani medicine. But still we did not take aelopathic medicine. What should we do to cure from chronic constipation.

Every time there is a tendency for motion. Each and every test are done and the reports are alright .its been a year and so while I m suffering this problem as mentioned above .

My mom was operated for one of intestines 25 years back. Now she is complaining  of severe acidity for anything she consumes. We have done certain medication and also opt for naturotherapy but all in vain. She also gets boils on stomach and cannot seat properly.

What is solution to get rid of the permanent acidity problem. If I eat anything oily or junk food suddenly get acidic. Need your advice.
