Indigestion gas problem...!!!??? Plz help two year i m suffering for this any solution for me plz tell me

I have spend alot on medication and doctors but nothing is working. all doctors say" not an issue they are just eating money" but nothing again they also give me new test Now when I eat spicy or oily my stomach starts feeling uncomfortable then I go to defacate again and again biigest problem I don't finish properly

Iam suffering from gastric problem so many years and consult so many doctors but no use finaly conclusion stress problem

I had loose motion two days back and then I take medicine for loose motion and now I am not able to go bathroom properly and I am burping a lot and farting a lot.

I had been on a pilgrimage to Allahabad, Varanasi and Gaya. One day after reaching home, I am having upset stomach and slight fever.

If the inside side skin of one external piles out of 6 became inflame, warm and Red but not pain on defecation(painless red) but anus muscle is tightening.(after one week two external pile skin and continuing). It can be Infection or Normal Reddish.? (Note:I go to doctor he says not pain then this is normal reddish but my anus muscle is tightening with increase of reddish. and i previous have fungus infection near anus and perineum area) . Is PAIN is the Mandatory Symptom of Bacterial Infection? Thanks Doctor
