Early satiety, felt nauseous after eat
I've been feeling nauseous after eating and had early satiety for three months ago. I thought it was just a normal indigestion. I've never get any medication or seeing any doctor yet. I thought maybe I had a problem with the intestines or something but I am too scared. This sickness had went too long. And I realize that after eating a meal, I took a long time for digestion. For than for 4 hours, example if I am eating on 8 pm; I still felt heavy in my stomach in the next 6 am.

Hello there..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function.....
