Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am a male have severe stomach pain and also bleeding in stool and my underwear was full of blood stains

I am suffering from back pain, body pain , stomach ache and loose motion from 2-3 days. Please help me

Frequent passage of loose watery bowel motion with gas, symptoms like gastroenteritis. Uncomfortable in stomach.

I have been experiencing sudden pain in my stomach for the past three days. It just goes in 10-20 minutes but irritation lasts longer.

Muje chakar ate he not everytime but sometimes especially when I lie down to sleep or when I can my direction and wen I stand up n dey automatically stop after sometime. Even I feel upset stomach and vommitting sometimes. I have pain in my shoulders and doubt cervical to be the reason

I have been constipation for 5 to 6 years I had been recommended to take following medicines - 1-o2 2-pantop ds 3-sporlac ds 4- smooth syrup And precautions -fibre, plenty amount of water, exercise I followed these despite that no improvement As soon as I stop taking laxative syrup, again back to same problem And it's getting severe now I think I could be hypothyroidism

Stomach problem since month with gas problem and loose motion.weakness,5 to 6 kg weight loss in a month.Problem mostly in  the morning.

I have a abdomen pain on the right ventral side in my stomach while changing my posture or during body movement. Eg. while standing up or picking up something from the ground level. It is not a continuous pain. Do not feel pain during resting phase. But even if I try to turn around during sleeping I feel a sudden pain. But then it goes away.
