Stomache Ache, Vomitting
I've been having a stomache ache for 4 days, on and off. I lost my appetite. I feel full. I vomit what I've just eaten. My tummy doesn't accept anything I eat but I feel full.

Hi
Intermittent pain in abdomen along with vomiting and loss of appetite is very commonly seen in case of food poisoning or in case of infection of abdomen.
