Stomach Problems & Remedies

Actually last octobar i was suffering from intestinal e.coli infection and uti. From then the problems goes on. Now i am treating for the uti.but always gas is forming in my abdomen.i take antacid everyday but the problems won't solve.i lost my wait day by day.please tell me still i have the e.coli infection in my intestine?how will i know that?how to recover from it?

I am having the digestion problem since long, I can't eat everything and after eating I mostly go washroom and when I eat little heavier , I get  loose motion and it makes me weak and energy less, and I am not getting healthy , I am quite thin as well.

I am 21 year old , for last 3 years my health is not good , I am facing unintentional weight loss , digestive problems (inflammation , sticky stool , heaviness in stomach in morning ) , always feel weekness , my actual disease is still undetected though I got untrasound and blood test , once I got tested stool the report said pus cells are in stool . My daily dite is sufficient to be healthy but not happening so . I have week bones also ,

Severe Stomach churning, something like spasm. Churning is in the mid riff and at the navel, recurring. Weakness and  fever, lose motions 1-2 times since the cramps/churning began. Nausea as soon as I eat anything Took dulcoflex, worked at night, but the pain is back in the morning. Help I need to go to work ASAP.

I have been diagnosed with a small umbilical hernia. The surgeon suggested surgery, but at present there is no associated symptoms. The hernia is very small at present. What precautions should I take as I want to delay the surgery by 2-3 months due to family constraints. Please advise.
