Can acidity give pain in the back
I get pain in the front side of chest and /or back right side , near the t trepies point or below that when i eat after a long time . There is also fluttering on the front side sometime and the pain is throbbing. It goes away when i pass gas or belch or do cold water fomentation . Could it be Trapping of gas or ulcer in the GI.

Yes it can...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
