I have stomach problem from sk many days, every time i go to the toilet and every time i ferl that i have to go washroom . I am unable to understand ehy it's happen. Suggest me what to do..??

Mostly at night, I feel acidity in my stomach. Specially food like spinach, please suggest some precautions​.

Mother aged 54 suffering from motions from last 20 days, this was stared while doing diet for cataract operation. Due to less intake to control diabetes, suger levels came down and went for cataract operation. Issue started here onwards, she is unable to take food with little spice and butter milk also. If she took non spice food and she is suffering with chest pain and loose motions(6-7 time per day-Liquid form) .
