Hi there I have a lot of pain in my stomach. I have come to bali for holidays but something doesn't seem right. I feel like vomitting but I haven't eaten anything since last 2 days so I cannot vomit. I am in a lot of pain and I am unable to find any good medicine here.

I am 22 yr male suffering from trembling in upper left abdomen since 4 years (minute pain and I can feel heavy beats) , When I run, put some stress on abdomen trembling feels so heavy as if I would fall down and it would burst ,thyroid and kidney test recommended by doctors was normal.

I been having bowel issues for the last 3 weeks also noticed white specks in stool and other weird contents possible parasite. Been very tired and restless getting worse everyday. I also have a ovarian dermoid cyst.

My mother have problem in neck and chest pain after 1 hours eating food the is very high . This is since last 5 year please tell me how I can relief from this problem. Now a day pain happened every day on or 2 hours.

My friend is getting puss at below the back side above the butt hole while do long drive. He is not feeling pain but situation is weird because of the puss. However while seating on chair/ Dunlop it comes to normal.. No puss.. No pain etc.. He is taking home medicine like harad, butter milk, lots of water n juice after researched on the internet. Can you please tell us what's the issue n how can he remediate?

I have been suffering irritation of right side, middle, and back side of abdomen. But no pain. I already take medicine like pansec, sampraz d , and antacids also but no effect please give me suggestion. Irrigation is too much.

Sir/Mam, 2 weeks before i have a small bubble on my motion hole. initially i've checked with a small clinic. i was taken an injection and medicine. after that pain is gone. but the bubble has not reduced. the bubble still in the same size. again i was consulted with the same clinic and checked about it. they said "tit may piles". please help me out from the last 2 weeks i've struggled this problem.

I had recently undergone a medical check up where the records showed higher than normal values for AST/SGOT and ALT/SGPT. AST/SGOT : 354 ALT/SGPT : 78 I drink alcohol very rarely (once in 3 months) May I know the seriousness of this issue? Does this indicate any serious damage to my liver? What are the tests I need to undergo for further diagnosis? How common is this? Any help is hugely appreciated. Thanks.
