Stomach Problems & Remedies

My bowel movements do not seem to be proper. Everytime I eat a meal, I start getting abdominal pain and then have my motions. The appearance and consistency of the motions are not proper and consitent. Mostly I get loose motions. This has been almost more than a month now. Do I need to take any medicines?

Beginning on Saturday night I noticed that when I lay down and place pressure on my abdomen region I experience pain. On Monday I felt nauseous but it went away during the evening. I just need to know if this is a serious problem or if it will go away on it's own.

I have been suffering from this problem before 1 year it occasionally happen twice or thrice in a year that some blood comes during my stool in the morning . I am not able to identify the problem please suggest me how can I overcome this problem. Because I am feeling very stress about this. I hope you will respond .

My brother is continuously vomiting for last 6-7months, even after having water, and has reduced weight drastically, he is 25 and now weighs 48. we have even been to doctors all around, got all the test done even endoscopy but all reports are fine. Can you please help
