Stomach pain, headache, nauseous,
Started a week ago I felt sick to my stomach, came home for lunch very tired fell asleep and when I woke up 2 hours later I had a horrible pain in my stomach and a bad headache. Tuesday pain in tummy still there headache and nauseous, Wed same symptoms except throwing up. Thurs felt a little better tried to work again, but stomach hurting really bad came home no more throwing up but slept and did much of nothing all weekend. I am pooping so I'm not constipated, but the pain in tummy is horrible. Middle tummy area not burning just hurts. Blood pressure was 143/87 and been told I look a little gray. I have no energy at all tummy feels bloated, and constant headache have even woke up from sleeping with a horrible headache. I am starting to get concerned.

Acute gastroenteritis due to some food. First – 1-2 days.Takeplenty of fluids – ORS , Enerzal, Lime water with salt and sugar, Coconutwater,black tea. Plenty of soups , daal water, kala chana soup.Avoidaerated drinks.AvoidMilk.Avoidchillies and oily/fried food. Avoidall Meat products, hotel food, fast food.Avoidall fresh fruits and vegetable salads. Can drink packed juices . . 2 to 3 day onwards.Starton Soft diet like Rice Gurrel (Khicdi) , bread , toast, idli, oats, dalia, sheera,corn flakes and dry fruits. Rest for 3 days .
