Hi doctor. Sorry for my english . I have constant stomach pain and it is day 4 today. I cant eat anything. When I start to eat I feel nauseous and I want to womit all day.(even if there is nothing in my stomach). Sometimes I feel like my stomach is burning and its size going bigger and bigger. I have vitamin D deficiency (8.65). My hemoglobin is also low(11.5). When i born its normal. And also have little constipation problem and acne problem. My hair is very weak, thin and lots of grey hair. I have also tingling problem in hands and feet. My body is very weak. I eat lots of vegan fruits but zero effects on body. What is the main root of all problems. And what do i do.

He has EBS and a tendency of high BP..
