Bouts of Acidity @ night
Have been having acidity woes from a long time. I think food timing and wrong diet are the primary culprit. Need advice on what should be ideal timing for breakfast, lunch and dinner and what are thing to eat and avoid. Also let me know of other contributors to acidity?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Make some diet changes as suggested by my colleagues. Tab pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. BANGALORE.
