I have vomiting problem since 8 months and SGPT increased to 89 unit so tell me a cure and reason for increased SGPT.?

My US Scan report: liver enlarged in size measures 17.8 cm and parenchymal echogenicity is increased... Impression : Hepatomegaly with fatty change liver LFT report: S. Bilirubin : 2.0 SGOT :63 SGPT :115 Kindly give an advice for rectifying this.
