Is it compulsary to remove the galblader in case of diagnosed Adenomyomatosis? If not what are the other ways of treatment? The glablader wall only has got thickened, no calculus is there. The usg report is attached.

As soon as i take a meal, my stomach starts paining. The pain is acute at times. The stomach becomes hard also post food. After going to washroom, the pain eases but its always there for next 2 hours.
