Hey there, I am suffering from GERD and chronic cough from last 5 months, acid reflux is quite common. I got my X-ray done and everything was ok in the X-ray, I also got some blood tests done that was referred by my physician.. white mucus and constant cough is making me miserable.. I have been smoking for 6 years about 5 cigarettes per day in average. I have reduced the smoking to 2 cigarettes per day and trying to quit, please suggest me some over the counter medicines so that I can get a relief from GERD as well as the chronic cough. Dear all, I took medication for Ulcerative coloties 5 yrs back and was recovered at that time , But now again I was started  suffering with severe Ulcerative coloties problem, may I know the best treatment to get rid of it, for now doctor advised me to use Mesacol and azoran tablets continuously without stopping , is there any other treatment where I can come out of this UC?

I've been on the Whole 30 diet for 19 days now and the last 6 days I've had stomach pain on and off and diarrhea. This diet cuts out wheat, gluten, dairy, legumes, soy, sugar, artificial sugar, among others. Can I continue on this diet?

2 Bowl movement occurs in the morning. After waking up one movement. And another one after reaching office. Because of that I am facing stomach bloating and gastric toruble.

Loose motion since morning, mild fever at 100 degrees. Took paracetamol once in the morning. Motion has subsided
