Stomach Problems & Remedies

Bleeding from the anus. Also, there is a constant pain and uncomfortable in the rectum.. Plus constant stomach burn...and black stool. Please tell me what do I take? What is my ailment? How do I take care of the constant pain ? Do I need to take surgery?

When I go poop it's just blood I'm a 24 year old male what do I need to do is it something to where I need to go to the hospital or my dr or will I be ok and just go about my day like it's nothing to worry about I don't want it to be bad I and go on with my day can you plz help me and tell me what this might be so I can go on with me day thanks yo

I drunk water after 5 minutes later start Pain in stomach , then take some  after ½ hours start vomiting, In vomiting minimum amount blood turned out. Note:-I never used sarab sigret gutka any other alkohal
