Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am 26 years old & have constant pain in my stomach- upper middle section since yesterday. the pain originates here and spreads downwards gradually. I have lost my appetite as well, feel slightly chilly, no temperature though.

I am having acute acidity for last 10 years. Tried all medication and treatments but still its there.

I have been diagnosed with IBD since year 2010. at first i was given rifaximin to help control the symptoms. dosage of thrice daily mg for 14 days was given followed by another 14 days.symptom relieved.once again today my symptoms are alleviated and i suffer from bloating, incomplete sense of evacuation and constipation. i also experience acidity.

I have a problem that acidity occurs just after 1-2 hrs. after lunch or dinner, also a kind of acid pocket like thing occurs around neck and chest, but no such kind of acidity occurs in stomach or abdomen, I almost feel just ok in stomach but the problem occurs in the chest. Due to this sometime the acidic liquid goes into head during sleep.

Since morning getting stomach pain and have vomited 4-5 times. Acidity is also there, feeling very weak and a bit feverish

This is the second time this is occuring. It happens all of a sudden, and I get severe cramp like pain in upper abdomen. I visited Healthsprings, and they suggested sonography and a few other tests. I wasnt quite happy with their services, so wanted another opi ion.

I have acid reflux and my doc give me Rekool D capsule. I have some difficulty while swallowing capsule so i want to ask can i open capsule and mix it in water and can drink directly? Is it safe?? Pls help me from First day experience i haven't taken second capsule yet
