For the last two days I am not able to sit after excretion for a long time.during excretion I have pain at the opening of anus but no blood.please help me

You may have a fissure in ano, which is like a small crack near your anus.
Make sure you have a high fibre diet so that your stools are soft.
You can try sitting in warm water 3 times a day.
If it doesn't subside , you need to see a surgeon.
