  4. Pain under left rib cage. What could be?

Pain under left rib cage
Hello. From a week i have pain under left rib cage. Also more gas. Pain is sharp sometimes,sometines i just feel pressure in there. I suffer from ibs but didnt changed nothing in my food habbits. Also lift some heavi things last 2 weeks. What could be? Please advice
