I feel discomfort from a long time on left side below my rib area. Whenever i sleep on left side i feel contraction discomfort at a point, also due to this the pain radiates to my back also. I have noticed whenever i eat heavy or spicy i feel this discomfort. Sometimes it is so bad that i can even sit or sleep. I have done Ultrasound and everything is normal in that. Suggest me what could be the possible reason and treatment.

As you described your symptoms here, looks more of GERD and Severe gastritis. But we have also to rule out any cardiac involvement as sometimes inferior cardiac issues also produce symptoms which are very similar to Severe Gastritis.
