Stomach is bloated for last week, feeling little pain in right chest and weakness

Problem in swallowing of solid food. During Swallowing, cough, phelgm generates. Constipation.

While swallowing light pain in esophagus joint area I have already duodenal ulcer

I am having gas problem from past 10-15 days . Morning it is usually fine but after dinner , i start burping . On taking ant acids such as pan 40 i feel okay. on consulting a family relative doctor , i took medication for 5 days and was okay the next few days but as and when i would eat something from outside it would reoccur.

I have been suffering from minor acidity and acid reflux from few years. It's about 6 years now after I started to have a heartburn sensation occasionally. I still can live without any issues if I eat at right time and avoid too spicy and oily foods. The day I skip a breakfast or meal I will be struggling with strong reflux and frequent heartburn with bloating. I have been using ENO at times but it just help sometimes and temporarily. Is there a complete cure for this? I am also feeling a high heartbeat during the nights these days. I suspect it somewhere related to the reflux. Please provide your suggestions and advice.
