Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have suffering with gastric and constipation from one year. Now i feel heat burn and lump in my throat .

I am experiencing severe pain in upper abdomen, i was diagnosed with gallstones few months back, since then I have experienced severe pain attack 5times,i have to go through gall bladder removal procedure. Or something else is possible.

I have been facing constant vomiting sensation from 10days.got my liver test done and found GGT : 119,Albamin: 1.7,globulin : 2.4, total protein : 6.5,Alkaline phosphate :69,SGOT :27,SGOT :21, unconjugated bilirubin : 0.4 , conjugated bilirubin : 0.1..Can any one please let me know what does this report indicate..

Last month - With the high temperature and throat infection, it was detected as Typhoid in the report. With the doctor's advice & medication, now I'm okay and the blood reports are normal. But frequently I'm suffering with dysentery - atleast once in 2 days. Shall I take some pantoprazole for stomach irritation (usually after all foods). Kindly suggest.

I suffer from gas issues. Today morning i had greenish black poop. Poop was not hard but free flow types(having free flow poops of normal colour from a month or so). Yesterday had yam's vegetable. Also called oal in hindi and Pulla ganda in telgu.

From 13 yrs I have been suffering from Bowel Problem.There are pain, cramping,swelling in several parts of lower abdomen basically occurs around bell.At nov 2011 I was diagnosed with crohn's disease and since them I have been taking Tab Pentasa 500 in several doses.But from last 5 months all the symptoms or problems very firmly occurs till now.
