I have a small lump near my anus which I believe swells up when exerting pressure. I suspect I have piles, and have a couple of episodes of fresh red blood in stool. I have some constant constipation feeling and minor discomfort in rectal area

I have a tight feeling in the top area of my stomach just below my chest and find it hard to take deep breaths.

I have been sick for slightly more than a week now. I have on and off stomach pains that radiate to the upper back around the spinal area which is very uncomfortable. I went to a gastroenterologist 4 days ago and he performed an endoscopy but did not find any problem just an irritation in my stomach lining. He prescribed Nexium and motillium but they only help for a few ours. I also take buscopan for the pain. What could be the cause of that pain?

My bro has been taken 2 yrs treatment for is issue till he didn't get cured . Doctor saying we need to do surgery if it get succed he will have sugar problem throughout the life .We so scare abt that wat will be the solution

Constipation, used enema 2 days ago caused evacuation. Still feel not empty 2nd enema was unsuccessful in producing movement. Possible partial blockage. Not sure what I should try next.
